1. Order Cancellation Policy

• Standard Machinery Orders: Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting our support team within 24 hours of booking. Standard processing fees may apply.
• Customized & Special Production Orders: Orders involving tailored specifications, custom dies, or dedicated engineering lines cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or part-refunds are considered under the following specific conditions:

• If an ordered standard machine cannot be manufactured or dispatched within a reasonable operational timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances.
• If a verified manufacturing defect is confirmed by our technical team upon delivery and cannot be resolved via part replacement or technical service.
• Duplicate payments made inadvertently during an online or bank transaction.

3. Inspection & Verification Process

1. To request a cancellation or refund, email us at kesyaipl2@gmail.com or call +91 9355889950 with your invoice/order number.
2. Our customer support and technical quality team will review the request within 2 to 3 business days.
3. Upon verification and approval, a formal confirmation email/communication will be issued.

4. Refund Mode & Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed directly to the original bank account or payment method used during purchase.
• The refund amount will reflect in your account within 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval.
