However, in the rare event that a return is required, we have outlined our return policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect product delivery.
• Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The machine must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or specially ordered machines.
• Machines damaged due to improper handling, installation, or use not in accordance with the user manual.
• Consumable parts and accessories unless found defective at the time of delivery.

3. Return Process

2. Provide your invoice number, reason for return, and photographic evidence of any damage or defect.
3. Our technical team will inspect and verify the issue.
4. If approved, we will arrange for pickup or return shipping.

4. Refunds & Replacements

After inspection, if the return is approved, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund (excluding shipping charges).
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.

5. Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs will be borne by Kesya International Pvt. Ltd. only in cases of verified defects or errors in delivery.
• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
