• Accepted payment modes include Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, Cheque, or approved payment gateways.
• The remaining balance payment must be settled prior to final dispatch or as per agreed contractual milestones.

5. Machine Warranty & Technical Support

• Our machines come with a manufacturer's warranty covering core mechanical parts against manufacturing defects as specified in the purchase invoice.
• The warranty does not cover damages arising from improper installation, power surges/fluctuations, operator negligence, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear of consumable parts.
• We provide lifetime customer guidance and technical support via phone, video call, and authorized technician visits where arranged.
